Refund policy

At Mankan, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. We offer an exchange-policy, meaning we do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide a clear video recording of the product at the time of unboxing, showing any defects or issues. The product must be:
Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached.
In its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
✔ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, contact us at teammankan@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send your order details along with the unboxing video.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on where to send the product. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately with the unboxing video so we can resolve the issue.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to Exchange your order within 14 days. However, the product must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and supported by an unboxing video.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges are allowed.
  • If your requested exchange item is unavailable, you can select another product of equal or lesser value.
